wow, can you guys believe we are finally talking about t5 updates? first of all, congrats on unlocking t5 sci. with that, we have unlocked the biggest of all projects; t5 upgrade starbase. we have temporarily revoked project management perms from the Beautiful Command, and i am sending this mail to you two to explain why. basically, we want to avoid any possibility of the t5 starbase upgrade project from being run at this time. it has a very steep dil cost (over 3 million dilithium), gives very little back in return (skill respec, counselor, and doff officer projects), and will delay the unlock of t5 engi and t5 shipyard by a month or more. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE T5 STARBASE UPGRADE PROJECT MUST NOT BE STARTED. we need to queue it dead last. the very last upgrade we slot, to sit there open for months waiting for 3 million in dil contributions. anyway, congrats on finally hitting t5! we did it -ni'na
