I'm good , it is NOT easy but I find if I keep busy it is alot easier and I've been saved by lifesavers a couple times. Tried of piece of that gum , yuuuuukkkkkk do not try that the taste stays forever!

I was going to use those but I think they are not a solution - just a different addiction (and, I think more expensive than real cigarettes).

I did a lot of positive things for myself in 2012. I started working on another degree, serious re-decoration of my living space (I got rid of my computer desk since I never used it and was always wireless somewhere else in the room), and I put my foot down with my mother and forced her to accept help to increase the quality of her life (no more of her complaining and never taking action).
For 2013 I am going to stay the course, really say goodbye to sugar, and expand my involvement with my dogrun into something for the entire community.
I'm not making any resolutions, why bother lying to myself.
