the bogus phrase of "stop resisting" is a license to do anything , including violence, even if the subject is complying a cop told me this was part of the training, even if they werent resisting. it provides verbal cover if they arrest, beat, or kill an innocent person. a verbal "stop ,resisting" is a get out of jail free card for law enforcement, even if the subject is complying. think about that phrase... its fact and allows cops to actually kill a compliant subject, just by verbalizing the phrase "stop resisting" while they murder him in cold blood on camera the postal worker did nothing wrong, and the cops used that phrase to try to justify clearly abusive behavior; luckily, citizens proved the postman was 100% innocent and the undercover cops manipulated and abused their authority on a black man who was innocent
