I might end up doing that, as much as I like to see people signatures, as I often click on them to see content that people want others to see. ---------------------------------- Is this scrollbars option something that can be adjusted so they only show up when there's an obnoxiously huge signature? Right now it's only letting people see very small signatures before the scrollbars appear.
Something so puissant and majestic that if it's powers are used for evil it can destroy entire forums. Think Sauron's ring.
That's a thing you learn how to do after you learn how to post a new thread, usually. Then comes sarcasm, flaming, harassment, psychological terror and finally lolcats.
So, in order to allow you not to move your mouse pointer 3 inches to the side, everyone else in the forum has to see full sized signatures? I got it! Entitled much?
I figured I wouldn't have been the only one. I figured that it would irritate most people, but I was obviously wrong. I was just waiting for others to agree, but nobody did. So no, I don't feel entitled in that way. I'll just turn signatures off now.
firefox will not focus on it unless you stop over the top of it. firefox will also respect the DOM and not carry text styles into the editor via paste too. firefox even allows you to paste into a populated text input!
Chrome does a lot of little wierd things that FFox never did. I run Noscript all the time on FFox and that's missing from Chrome which makes me have a sad face but Chrome is lighter and faster for sure. I still like FFox for work related stuff, but I have been surfing the web primarily with Chrome (I'm actually using Chromium, but mostly the same thing).
