    And now an easy recipe for your pies or torte.

    Pastry cream.

    50 cl of milk
    - 2 eggs
    - 30 g flour
    - 80 g sugar

    Boil the milk with selected perfume ( vanilla or otherwise). Beat the eggs and sugar , add flour. Pour a little of the hot milk. Replace low heat to thicken, stirring carefully for 5 to 10 min. Stop cooking in the early bubbling.
