Why do crazy people make me sad?

Why are donuts called donuts when there is no nuts in/on them? (Usually)

 

I do like seeing ALL those hugs on the recent activity. They give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

 

if it is edible and it is prepared by the french, it is probably pretty good! the french can make seemingly disgusting things into great tasting food. its their 'thing'.

Racism, sexism, classism... all the 'ism's types make me sad.

I hate humans. I want my hideaway cabin in the forest where I can pretend the world is a nicer place with cooler people than it actually is...



It's Mulch's fault! I have been telling him for over 5 years why I stopped reading news and getting into politics. I lose faith in humanity every. single. time. that I do. It isn't that I don't want to know what is going on, it's that there is so much bad and I want to help, but I know I can't. I feel hopeless and helpless, and bad stuff keeps happening. Humans keep acting like duchers like they are trying to give the finger to the universe out of bitterness for their existence. The weight of it is so much, they have to act out on each other and hurt themselves.

Ugh. Walking away. I had a very long week at work, I am super duper grouchy and exhausted. I have some special bath stuffs stashed away somewhere I am going to whip out. It has been years since I have indulged...

 

I teared up when I read this, because it's so like how I feel.

 

I must admit I've heard similar things from Bunnie. I was away from this shit after the election but fucking Flipboard makes it too easy to find shit.

I have to stop myself from sharing with Bunnie because I don't like to make her sadfaced.
