I posted it originally in Peps thread about "Keeping up with the Forums" but it was moved here by some unknown entity.
I scanned their rules - they just boil down to rational etiquitte as far as I can see. We have to realize that that forum is open to millions of registrants from all over the world. They have to have an extensive forum TOS just to keep the semblance of positive control.
Although I am sure folks will figure out how to game the software soon enough.

I agree, Nina. If the rules are open to broad mis-interpretation and mis-implementation, moderation becomes immoderate and arbitrary.
